Additional Information; Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Free outdoor private parking which belongs to Hotel Splendid Constanta is available on site for which a reservation is required. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Children age 3-11 receive a 50pct reduction when sharing with an adult.
