Newly opened in the summer of 2007, valued throughout, the complex has 12 apartments spread over 6 floors and offers guests the best of both worlds for the duration of their stay in Barcelona; on the one hand offering the services and the comfort of a hotel, while on the other providing guests with the amenities of a fully equipped apartment. The apartments are available with either 3 or 4 rooms, highly regarded, and there is one apartment available that can sleep up to five persons. Thanks to their central location and their excellent amenities, and above all, the apartments are guaranteed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers. Parking facilities are available for guests arriving by car. Lift access features as does a laundry service.
