Travel information

Getting there. A taxi from the airport costs EUR 70-80. Public buses stop adjacent to the hotel and operate to Lagos until early evening, with taxis available for late returns. Bicycles and mopeds can be hired through the hotel. A hire car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area. Driving directions. From Faro Airport exit airport onto the A22 and go west toward Portimao. Continue past Portimao toward Lagos. Exit the A22 and follow signs to Lagos/Vila do Bispo. At the second roundabout, turn right towards Vila do Bispo/Sagres and join the N125 westbound. Ignore the sign at first traffic light pointing left toward Luz. At the second set of traffic lights turn left toward Luz. At the roundabout, turn right toward Burgau. Continue for exactly 1.6 kilometres (1 mile); the hotel will be on the left (please note that the sign may be obscured).
