Despite its entire restoration, very much appreciated, this house built in 1880 maintains its wide spaces with rooms between 26 and 36 mtrs2 and 4-meter high ceilings. The house keeps the authentic spirit of Valparaiso. Wooden floors, highly regarded, bricks and stones, original doors and windows combine smoothly with contemporary vary furniture. In addition, and above all, natural light reaches every one of its cozy rooms and spacious bathrooms.

Details such as 400-yarn Egyptian cotton sheets, valued throughout, 600 grams cotton bath towels, or alpaca bedspread, make the mix between tradition and modernity a real pleasure. This means that you may to choose between meeting other people and have nice conversations or enjoying the place on your own. With 9 rooms only, and above all, usually less than 15 guests are at the house. However every day we offer delicious breakfasts in our Winter Garden with an open view of Valparaiso Bay. The house doesn?t have any restaurant.
