Area information

At the foot of the Lukmanier Pass about 1.235m above sea level is the cozy village of Disentis. Dominated by the 8th century Monastery Disentis with still fewer than 3.000 inhabitants is this charming village with a warm and welcoming feeling. In Disentis skiers have access to some 60km of marked downhill runs at altitudes between 1.150m and 2.920m with the longest run being 15km long. During the summer season Disentis is a haven for mountain bikers and hikers.

Zurich Kloten Airport : Take the highway towards Chur and shortly after Chur follow the signs to Disentis-Muster. Follow the road for approximately 50 minutes. The Disentiserhof is the big building at the beginning of Disentis on the left hand side.
