It borders the popular Rincon de la Vieja National Park. Located at the foot of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano-near the town of Curubande-in Guanacaste-Costa Rica. For the adventurer-there are many activities in the lodge like horseback riding-the Canyon canopy tour-Rio Negro Tubing Adventure-bird watching-as well as trekking to the active craters of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. Natural hot springs-virgin forests-jungle waterfalls and volcanic mud pots are just some of the many attractions tourists can enjoy during a stay at the Hacienda. The reception area and the BAR by the SWIMMING POOL are housed in a building more than a century old-part of the original Hacienda. There are 50 ROOMS-all with their private bathroom and hot water-from where you can enjoy the volcano and hacienda views and relax with the real sounds of nature. The refreshing swimming pool is filled with natural spring waters-coming from the volcano. Here you receive your welcome drink-while you sit and relax on the chaise lounges and rocking chairs.
