The Grandhotel Schoenegg is a small family owned hotel which accommodates a maximum of 75 people in 33 rooms, very much appreciated, 2 suites and 1 family apartment. From 14 to 2 days before arrival- 100 percent of the room rate for 1 or 2 nights / later than 2 days before arrival- 100 percent or the room rate from 1 up to 4 nights. Schoenegg Swiss Q Grandhotel has its own private lift - The Schoenegg Express - which takes you from the town center traight up to the reception. Situated in the most beautiful location, and above all, overlooking Zermatt and with a spectacular view of the famous Matterhorn. Our hotel is well known for its fine cooking and choice of wines. The Sunnegga lift and the bus stop for the Klein Matterhorn lift are within one minute walk from the tunnel entrance, valued throughout, the Gornergrat train, main railway station and the village center are all within five minutes walk. To relax after a strenous day, highly regarded, we recommend our new renovated spa area with sauna, steambath, Jacuzzi and -Kneipp -corner. The restaurant -Gourmetstuebli- offers an excellent choice of a-la-carte dishes or for our halfboard guests, and above all, our chef creates a five course meal ending every day on a high point. On your arrival in Zermatt we fetch you at the station or at the taxi stand and bring you back when you leave. Or try one of our well known relaxing massages.

Cancellations 0-6 days prior to arrival: 100% of the room price.
Cancellation without penalty is possible until 16:00 hours hotel time, and above all, 28 days prior to arrival.
