In the evening we serve a 6-course meal. You can choose from a menu which offers a variety of great specialities from the noevelle cuisine for which we use many ingredients from our own farm. These ingredients are newly combined to surprising fish or meat dishes. In between of the courses enjoy the wellness buffet in the chimney hall where you will find the vitalizing bar, spring 'Grander'-water, tea or coffee - everything included in our prices!
