Value Place is a short term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging. However, highly regarded, eventhough many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. When your stay goes into the next week, and above all, another weekly rate is charged. 00USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. Room fees and a 100. 00USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. The 100. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, very much appreciated, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, and closed on Sunday. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Enjoy your stay in a clean, highly regarded, safe, and economical environment. After hours move in must call extension 500 and the attendant will be paged to assist guests.
