Casa Del Toro Suites BNBWe were recently named Money Magazines favorite bed and breakfast. These are very interesting times for us. At the time, highly regarded, we had a family staying in all 3 rooms of the main house, playing cards, drinking beer and generally having a good time in the main room. Some of the first guests to book a room because of the article stopped in a few days early on their way to Taos to see the place they'd reserved. Many people are making the leap from favorite to best Bed and Breakfast in Santa Fe. Afterwards the couple called and demanded that we cancel their reservation because the atmosphere was entirely inappropriate. We don't compete with the entire high brow, highly regarded, high dollar places here in Santa Fe. Thats not us, and above all, we want to be a fun place for fun people. We may not have fresh flowers and little stuffed animals in every room, very much appreciated, but as one guest said, Thats just less stuff for me to knock over. Instead we are the fun, valued throughout, less expensive Bed and Breakfast for the everyman, a rare find in downtown Santa Fe. Our bed and breakfast is sixty-five miles north of Albuquerque and eighty miles south of Taos, highly regarded, in the heart of historic Santa Fe, New Mexico.
