Local streams, rivers and lakes provide some of the best fishing Michigan has to offer - bass, trout, and salmon just to name a few. Many Charter Fishing Trips are available nearby. Just a short drive will take you to Manistee, MI where you can stroll on their riverwalk and take a water bug tour and see the North Pierhead Lighthouse at sunset. The Manistee National Forest is a must for activities in any season, including hiking, biking, snowmobile trails, cross country skiing, canoeing, kayaking, and horse back riding. There is more skiing available at Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Peaks. Good times will be rolling at the Little River Casino with free casino shuttle service. Tour the SS City of Milwaukee Museum, the steamship offers guided tours, museum exhibits, and a gift shop.
