Meeting / Conference Information
The Aston Court Hotel Coventry has nine function rooms and can accommodate from three to 300 people in well furnished and co-ordinated rooms. Simply choose the type of room suitable to your delegate numbers and the seating arrangement you'd like and let us do the rest. All conference rooms benefit from natural daylight and all have air-conditioning to ensure that your delegates are comfortable and able to concentrate on the business in hand. Our largest suite, The Lady Godiva, can accommodate up to 300 people theatre style and is located on the ground floor close to our Philip Larkin and Pearl Hyde suites, as well as our restaurant and lounge bar making them ideal for all guests and for those larger meetings which may require breakout rooms. The Frank Whittle penthouse suites on our third floor offer spectacular views of the city centre including the historic Coventry Cathedrals. Our George Elliott suites are located in the original part of the hotel and offer an ideal location for smaller meetings and interviews. The Hotel's 3 star modern restaurant offers a superb food menu and childrens menue with delicious desserts all home made by our in-house Pastry Chef. In addition to the Restaurant, a substantial new Lounge Service Menu is also available at pub prices. The bar and lounge are perfect places to unwind with free internet access, after a conference or a long, full day. Maybe enjoy a spot of afternoon tea or a meal from our Lounge Menu whilst enjoying a game of pool. If travelling from junction 6 M42 north & south bound, the NEC, from junction 17 M1 northbound or Birmingham Airport. Head towards Coventry on the A45. Take the slip road A41 14 Brownshill Green / City Centre follow the signs for the city centre - the hotel is situated on the A41 14. Follow the road for approx. 1 mile, you will pass a Safeway supermarket on your right hand side. Carry on going straight and you will pass 2 car dealership you will then come to a mini roundabout carry on straight until you come to a pelican crossing and turn left into Meridian Street then take a sharp right into the car park. For M6 North or Southbound drivers Follow the signs for the City Centre. Then follow the ring road round. Take junction 8, which is sign posted A41 14 Allesley. Once on the Holyhead road take the first right at the traffic lights, follow the road around the bend turn left onto Coundon Rd, and then take the 1st left onto Meriden Street. The entrance to the hotel is situated at the bottom of this Road. M11 / M69 South Bound Drivers Leave Ml1 at JunctIon 21 on the M69 towards Coventry. At the end of the M69 follow A46 Coventry E & S.
