By Car- follow the directions to Tallinn City Center. From the Viru square, turn to Mere street, turn left to Inseneri street into the Old Town. By bus- from airport take the bus nr. 2 and exit at the A. Laikmaa stop. Go past the Viru shopping center and follow the Viru street into the Old Town.
