• Bad Nenndorf : New Apostolic Godehardi - Church This church build in 1760 is still in a very good condition a worth to visit.
• Agnes-Miegel-Haus : The home of Agnes Miegel, the famous German regional poet, who lived in Bad Nenndorf from 1953 till 1964, the year of her death. She was born in K gsberg and after she escaped from her home town in 1945 she finally reached the "Schaumburger Land".
• Wesergebirge : The most picturesque way into the Deister, S el, Wesergebirge und B eberge can be explored on well signposted paths. Regularly there are botanic und forest orientated guided tours.
• Buckeburg Castle : The first in 1304 mentioned construction has developed over the centuries till the actual shape. A broad moat encloses the former residence, which is still the seat of the royal family of Schaumburg-Lippe.
• Hameln - The City of the Pied Piper : The town of the world famous Pied Piper lies about 20 km south west of Bad Nenndorf. Specially worth seeing are the historic old city of Hameln with the numerous buildings of the Weser renaissance and the plays with the Pied Piper.
