Facing quiet Benedict Fountain Park in the Clement Historic District of downtown Denver are two side-by-side National Register Victorian1879/1886. Step back into the 1800s at the Queen Anne- the first urban bed and breakfast inn in Denver- Colorado. Buffet-style breakfast is served in the dining room from 7;15 - 9;00 each morning. They are within easy walking distance of the State Capitol-US mint-16th street Pedestrian Mall- Convention Center- Larimer Square- many shops- Resturants and museums. Colorado wine is served in the dining room or garden from 5;30 - 7;30pm. You may take a tray to the garden- the sunny front porch- or your room. There are 14 guestrooms. Of these- four are two-room gallery suites named for famous painters of bygone days Audubon- Calder- Remington and Rockwell- and show selected examples of their work.
