These gulf front complexes are comprised of three buildings located on 450 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Property amenities include lush tropical landscaping- outside showers- Gulf-side pools with large decks and Gulf view exercise rooms. Each building offers complimentary high speed internet- large balconies that overlook the Gulf of Mexico and free video rental. Each condominium has a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher- stove- microwave and coffee maker - full size washer and dryers- separate bedroom and living areas and private bathroomA damage waiver is added to the total stay cost at time of booking. Additionally- guests receive complimentary beach service- two beach chairs and one umbrella- during the months of March through October. 00USD. For rentals of 2-3 days the damage waiver fee is 25. 00USD. For rentals of 4 days or more the damage waiver fee is 50. The damage waiver fee is non-refundable. Damage waiver fee is subject to taxes and fees. Other information- additional facility and Reservation Fees may vary at time of deposit. The damage waiver protects the guest in the event of abnormal loss - wear - or damage to the condominium unit reserved. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property for the entire term of the reservation. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellation. Chaperoned groups are prohibited. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parking restrictions for recreactional - including boats- RV- personal watercrafts- etc- or oversized vehicles may vary per property. Please contact the property directly for futher information.
