Must cancel reservation 72 hours prior to 3pm day of arrival to avoid weekly rate plus tax charge. Children 17 and under stay free with parent or guardian. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday. Our office is closed Sundays, valued throughout, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Amenities include no lease obligations, highly regarded, free utilities, full kitchen in each studio, cable television with premium movie channel, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on-site laundry facilities, and high-speed internet access is available. With three room options, and above all, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Saturday check-in from 10am to 2pm. Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, valued throughout, Saturday 10am - 2pm, closed Sunday.
