Raekoja Residence is a medieval building right in the middle of Tallinn Old Town, highly regarded, on the Town Hall Square. It is a quiet and green area. There we offer you 2-bedroom apartments which all average in size around 60-70 m2, very much appreciated, so there is enough space to accommodate a group of friends or a family. It is the right place for those who prefer to enjoy the feeling of the medieval old town. Most of bathrooms have got also a sauna. Directions : We are pleased to provide to our clients complimentary transfer on arrival. Therefore we ask you to send us latest 2 days prior to your arrival day your exact arrival information, such as arrival time, flight number, ferry company name. In case of no transfer, you can collect keys from our office at Tartu rd 14 3rd floor on Mo-Fr 900-1800. Otherwise a meeting point at the apartment will be agreed in advance. Approximate time should be agreed latest 2 days in advance, exact meeting time latest 1 hour before the arrival time on arrival day.Arrival by car in case you are arriving from airport Directions by car from airport to Sakala Residence, Sakala street 16 When you have been following the direct street to the centre in Estonian KESKLINN, you will see on the left of you hotel Radisson SAS. You should keep going straight along Ravala pst until you will see on your right a big white stone building which is an old conference centre before the building is a small park. The building is connected with another building and there is a small street going to right between those buildings. You shall take this street and you arrive to a Y-shape crossroad. From there take the left one to Sakala street and drive straight to the next crossroad. You shall cross this one and in about 100 meters you will see on your right a green wooden building. Behind this building is 5-storey stone-building, which is Sakala Residence.

by car from Parnu : direction west to SakalaResidence, Sakala street 16 When you arrive to Tallinn you should drive along Parnu road to the centre in Estonian KESKLINN. Arriving to the crossroad of Parnu mnt, Kaarli pst and Estonia pst turn to right to Estonia pst. This street makes after about 20 meters a curve to left and there is an exit to right. Take this one and again in about 20 meters there is first small crossroad. From that you should turn to right to Sakala street. Soon you should see on your right a green wooden building. Behind this building is 5-storey stone-building, which is Sakala Residence.
