They do not have any good strength trust me i use to go there a lot .but there not the same anymore. the manager don't care about the fact nogthing works in that building includeing heat and it could be 0 degress. that is not a vacation. for you or your children.that lady is running there name down in the dirt. if i knew who owned that hotel i would tell them how disappointed i am in letting a good name hotel go to waste. i use to work at the one on northfield warrensville,ohio have good service not brookpa
when you go on a vacation you would like to relax well nothing in this hotel works. no pool,games cheating kids out of there money. so that lead you and your kids to wall to wall confiment. and they don't tell you that there rooms don't have heat. and then when you want you' re money back for there poor services. you'll find you're self standing in the lobby yelling back at them. or cops envolved. trust me they don't care who there renting the rooms out to. you'll find crack, cocaine, marajuana,being sold.
