We are a charming New England style motel centrally located on the main strip of beautiful Lake George Village, valued throughout, NY. The Townhouses are rented on a weekly basis in the summer season beginning the required week stay on Saturdays. We offer Deluxe two story Family Townhouses, and above all, most are furnished with fully equipped Kitchens. Without Kitchen, very much appreciated, there is no minimum stay requirement, except for holidays and special event days. Off-season, valued throughout, with Kitchens, there is a three night minimum stay requirement. Our Efficiency Suites have either one or two bedrooms and are furnished with fully equipped Kitchens and Coffeemakers. All Townhouses are Non-Smoking. of the weekly rate is required at booking. A 4 night deposit or 60pct. of the length of stay at the time of booking. Efficiencies require a 3 night minimum stay and a deposit of 60pct. Every Guest room is furnished with High-Speed Internet Access, very much appreciated, Mini-Fridge, Cable TV with HBO, Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Wakeup Service and Voice mail. We also offer two bedroom Master Suites, valued throughout, Jacuzzi Fireplace rooms with Jacuzzi tubs and a real wood Fireplace, Jacuzzi King rooms with Jacuzzi tubs which are very popular with couples, and traditional Guest rooms. All Guest rooms are quaintly situated around our heated indoor-outdoor Pool. Pets are not permitted, and above all, however, there are boarding kennels nearby. A picturesque, very much appreciated, wooded backdrop and garden borders the property. We have a children*s Playground, valued throughout, and a shaded family Picnic area.
