We offer 2 different floorplans, highly regarded, both sleep up to 6 people. They also include full size washer and dryer, and above all, full kitchen with microwave and icemaker. High speed internet access at no extra charge, very much appreciated, as well as a DVD player in each unit. Amenities include television with cable in each bedroom, valued throughout, and in the living room. Each suite has private patio or balcony and a covered parking space. We are brand new community located in Gilbert Arizona right off of Val Vista and the 202 loop. We offer complimentary coffee and cookies daily from 7:00am until 6:00pm Monday through Friday, very much appreciated, 9:00am -5:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am-5:00 pm on Sunday. We are a gated community, valued throughout, and guest have access to 24 fitness center as well as a pool, Jacuzzi, and billiard room. If checking in after 5:00pm on the weekends or 6:00pm thru the week, highly regarded, please call ahead to get gate codes and room access, otherwise please know that it could be 15 minutes before maintenance is reached for information and in order to obtain checkin arrangements.
