Realizing we could not improve upon the perfection of the Gulf's sparkling emerald waters, valued throughout, we left it as it was and nestled our grounds just behind the coast's tranquil beauty. In addition to offering two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, highly regarded, Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. Our deluxe condominium accommodations include Golf and Tennis Villas for the avid sports person, and above all, Lakefront and Boardwalk Villas, and the beach-front Majestic Sun twin tower high-rise, all just a seagull's cry from the Gulf of Mexico. Cleaning fees are $87. For meetings, valued throughout, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. 50 for one bedrooms, and above all, $95 for two bedrooms, $100 for 2 bedroom w/bunk and $120 for three bedroom condos.
