Summertree Village Condos

Summertree Village is a community of large, very much appreciated, spacious two bedroom condos. This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. The bedrooms are large and can easily sleep six. Each condo has a full kitchen, and above all, living room area and screened in porch. Although Summertree Village is just a minute walk to the great Atlantic Ocean, very much appreciated, the complex has a covered, heated pool where you can swim all year-round a nice refuge from the hot sun or the occasional Myrtle Beach sprinkle. Each condo boasts its own washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Enjoy fine dining or visit the incredible outlet store complex just a few minutes away! Please note that pets, highly regarded, motorcycles or trailers are not allowed. Swim in the large outdoor pool or bask in the hot tub. Check in begins at 3pm. The check-in office is located at: 9652 North Kings Highway, valued throughout, D-1, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577. Our office is open between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Please come to 9652 North Kings Highway, and above all, D-1 in Myrtle Beach. Please call 1-800-845-0837 in advance to make late check in arrangements.
