The Congress Centre Horse Country The new and prestigious Congress Centre (inauguration 2007) will be added to the first congress Centre already operating. Seats in the Varenne room are almost 1000. Other meeting rooms are: Ribot with 400 seats; Querida with 200 seats; Dugano with 80 seats, 30 and 20 seats in the Corinne and Pony rooms.

The Entertainment Staff During your holiday, day by day you can enjoy the activities organized by the animation staff: games, tournaments, collective lessons and sports, parties and night shows in the outdoor amphitheatre. International piano bar every night in high season. Baby, Mini and Junior Club Mini Club for children from 5 to 12 years, games, sports and entertainments. Junior Club for boys and girls over 12 years. Both services are included in the Club Card during high season. The Baby Club, for children from 2 to 5 years, is on request and against payment directly to the hotel. The Sea and the Beach Ala Birdi Holiday Centre has a 10 km long sandy beach for nice relaxing walks. Our beach is equipped with beach chairs, shaded areas, , showers, toilets and cabins, a wooden runway to the sea, a water sports centre with sport furniture: canoes, wind surfs, beach volley (included in the Club Card), sailing ships, water skies and kyte surfs (against payment). Sports and Swimming - pools Ala Birdi Resort offers you one fresh water pool for adults and one for children, situated next to the Mirtillo bar. One large fresh water pool Tropicana with a special area for children, situated in front of the Hotel Ribot. Moreover you can enjoy a tennis court, football court, bowls, ping-pong, billiard, video games room, bicycles, a life journey, regular green football court, archery. You can reserve your diving courses (PADI) and play golf in golf course 32 km away from the hotel. Poseidonia SPA Ala Birdi Resort opened in 2007 the new beauty centre equipped of indoor pools and new fixtures for thalassotherapy. Massages for everybody, ideal to conclude a riding session or a day at the beach. Every treatment against payment. Horse Country (Horse town Inaugurate on 2007) Prestigious International Equestrian Centre (acknowledged by FISE, ANTE, ENCI) with new riding structures for 370 horses, English and western covered riding centre, international competition court and veterinary clinic. Nearby you can find the western town where it is possible to purchase typical horse articles and a Tex Mex restaurant, a saloon, a drugstore and more! Equestrian veterans can improve their technique and train their horses, jumping lessons and concerning exercises guided by experienced teachers are available. Our guests have the chance to choose their favourite restaurant. The tables are not pre-allotted and our kind hostesses always try to satisfy the guests requests. Water and wine are included in the service. Moreover if you desire it you can choose your favourite wine within a selection of typical Sardinian and international wines. Restaurant Il Fasolare (open during the high season) Located in the Hotel 'la Fortezza'. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available. Open during the high season. Two wide rooms and one with buffet. Restaurant LAragosta (open during the low season) Located adjacent the restaurant 'Il Fasolare' it offers local and international cuisine in an elegant and refined setting. It is ideal for business dinners and refined or romantic evenings. Open in the low season. Restaurant Barbecue (open during the high season) Perfect for lunch or dinner on the beach. Sporty and informal during the day, at night it turns in a romantic corner with live music. LUNCH: Lunch included in the full board, for clients in half board or bed & breakfast lunch on payment, no reservation requested, service at the table.
