The DINKS an 18-hole short putting course designed by Tower Chairman, Len Evans. Lodge Guests also have the choice of several other international standard courses to choose from within 3.1 mi radius of the Lodge. Cypress Lakes and Greg Norman's The Vintage are just minutes away by car. The Recreation Compound on the western perimeter of the Lodge houses a heated pool, sauna and gym. Pampering Treatments, located also by the pool is a dedicated massage and beauty treatment room. The Lodge recommends advance bookings. Walking Track-The Lodge boasts a 1 mi walking track connecting the Estate restaurants and the Winery.
In House Dining Room
Type- Other - The Lodge dining room is for the exclusive use of house guests. Hours of Operation- 24 hours. Description- Breakfast is served under the two-storey window wall in the dining room with views to the Brokenback Range. The cloistered courtyard is also a tranquil setting in the summer months for breakfast or evening drinks. The Lodge guest lounge and bar is open continuously serving the wines of Tower Estate as well as aged Hunter wines, imported Champagnes and a range of malt whiskies and cognacs.
Robert's Restaurant
Type- Full service restaurant. Cuisine- Finest regional. Hours of Operation- 24 hours. Description- Serves the finest regional cuisine under the love and guidance of Master Chef Robert Molines. Robert's wife Sally looks after the ambiance and style that makes Robert's jewel of the Hunter and a must visit.
Blaxland's Grill
Type- Bar-Lounge. Hours of Operation- 24 hours. Description- Another Hunter Valley landmark is the Estate's less formal dining recommendation, specializing in fresh, uncomplicated dishes.
