The hotel has a conference room for up to 30, and a smaller meeting room for 8-10. Another small meeting room is available at the Hamar golf clubhouse, about 300 metres away. The clubhouse also houses a youth hostel. Functions can be held in the larger conference room, which can also be connected to the restaurant.

Golfers have a choice of courses: in addition to the Hamar course, which is being enlarged to 18 holes, there are golf courses at Akranes, Husafell, Grundarfjordur, Stykkisholmur and Olafsvik.
