The Tufton Arms function suites can accommodate groups from five to one hundred suitable for conferences, business presentations, training seminars and corporate hospitality. A comprehensive range of activities and pursuits for incentive groups and corporate entertainment are also on hand within the Eden Valley and the nearby Lake District. Business support services at the Hotel include photocopying, faxing and word processing. The Hotel also has three additional syndicate rooms if required. We would be delighted to assist in planning your event and our Conference Manager will only be to happy to advise on the choice of meeting room, room layout and catering/beverage arrangements. As a family run, individual Hotel we are able to offer our corporate clients a venue with character and most importantly the ability to be flexible and to deal with last minute adjustments as and when they occur. Our Conference Manager will handle your initial booking and most importantly be on hand during the actual event.The Meeting RoomsThe Hothfield SuiteFully air conditioned, accommodating a maximum of 100 delegates theatre style, the Hothfield Suite is elegantly decorated, reminiscent of its Victorian ballroom heyday. A comfortable meeting room, the suite benefits from natural daylight, providing a light, spacious and airy room.The Mews SuiteSituated in the Hotel's attractive mews courtyard, the room can accommodate up to 50 delegates theatre style and is ideal for the medium to smaller size meeting. Benefiting from natural daylight, the room is entirely self contained with its own entrance from the mews.The BoardroomThis suite is ideal for the smaller sized meeting, situated adjacent to the main conference room, the Hothfield Suite. The Boardroom offers an executive room suitable for meetings up to 18 delegates in boardroom style layout. Benefiting from natural daylight the Boardroom is fully air-conditioned.

Conservatory Restaurant
Dinner is taken in the elegant Conservatory Restaurant, set overlooking the cobbled mews courtyard. Be prepared to spend some time sifting through the menus for a wide selection of delicious dishes, using local fresh produce.
