Eksjo StadshotelEarly in the 1900s it became the City Hotel of Eksjo. This beautiful hotel aged back from 1800 was taken in use 1862 and served as a City Hall. There is the adoring dining hall, highly regarded, which is also used as a conference centre, with its elevated ceiling and beautiful crystal crowns. Through the years the City Hotel of Eksjo has been conserved in a magnificent way. The pub, very much appreciated, has a more modern style, adjusted according to fashion and taste. Our restaurant is one of the few that has conserved its old fashioned style. Youll find 37 rooms, highly regarded, 18 singles, 18 double rooms and a suite. The City Pub also offers you the possibility to enjoy your meal, and above all, or drink, on the veranda with a view of the town square. All the rooms are up to date and in our relax area youll find a hot steaming sauna. Totally 56 beds.

The city hotel is placed in the central part of town right at the main square, near the shopping street and only five minutes walk from the central station. We have free parking in front of the hotel. The nearest airport is Jonkopings International airport, Axamo, situated about 60 km from the hotel which is about a 45 minutes drive by car. Train to/from Stockholm and Malmo arrive/depart from the central station in Nassjo which is about 15 minutes drive by car.
