Cancellation policy

- Reservations must be CXL 1 day prior to ARR date to avoid a penalty of 1 NT stay plus tax- No show fee: 1 NT stay plus tax- Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Guarantee policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The hotel will pre authorize all credit cards on receipt of the reservation- all credit cards that do not accept a pre authorization the hotel reserve the right to not accept the reservation.
