Hotel Roter Hahn

Kings and Princes have lodged here- as well as merchants and commoners. Built in the year 1380- the the hotel has served guests from near and far for more than 600 years and is therefore one of the oldest inns in all of Germany. Hospitality has therefore had a long sense of tradition in our establishment. In the year 1905 it was purchased by Johann Scherer and is still in the possession of the proprietor family. All who are employed in our hotel- dedicate all of their professional knowledge to the benefit of our guests. We strive to make our guests stay in our hotel and in Rothenburg a pleasant and memorable experience. Hardly any other town has the same immediate appeal as Rothenburg and its medieval atmosphere. For us- personal attention and friendly care are major attributes of hospitality. Feel yourself set back in times and enjoy the flair of this beautiful- romantic city.
