Clients appreciate the hotel provides executive designer short term accommodation in the form of residential apartments and is located within a brand new boutique development- designed by world renowned architects Engelen Moore. Located on the fringe of Sydney s CBD and famous Hyde Park- Apartment Hotel is dedicated to providing unique and sophisticated accommodation for the discerning traveler.
Everything in our trendy apartments is brand new and all apartments are stylishly furnished with imported designer furniture. The building is unique in design- has won international design awards- has featured in international design books and magazines and stands out as a designer icon with its distinctive funky orange facade.
Lounge and dining areas are oversized and open plan- leading out to large private terraces. The sleek kitchens are open plan and fit for even the most gourmet chef! They are full size and come fully equipped- including all modern stainless steel appliances- and a vast range of cooking utensils. Trendy contemporary finishes and beautiful designer furniture make these living spaces an indulgence. Loads of glass and fantastic cross breezes give each apartment a wonderfully open and airy feel- with great outlooks over Sydney s Inner East.
Every apartment has at least one balcony- with Gold Class apartments enjoying two massive terraces- one off the lounge area and another massive private terrace off the master bedroom. All apartments have 27inch or 32inch LCD TVs and surround sound home theatre systems.
Bathrooms are sleek and stylish- some with massive freestanding tubs- others with double size showers. BBQs are available free upon request- for guests enjoyment in the privacy of their own apartment.
Internal laundries in all. All bathrooms are glossy new- sparkling and spotless!
Spacious office areas have 3 metre desks- free broadband connection in select apartments- fax/copy/print/scanner machine available upon request and free local calls in every apartment.

Exit AirportJoyce Avenue- continue along where it becomes General Holmes Drive- turn left at the second set of traffic lights- which have signs saying City - travel through the lights- onto the on ramp which will take you onto Southern Cross Drive. Follow this expressway along for several kilometres until you reach a fork in the expressway. Keep to the right and take the tunnel which will lead into the city for several more kilometres. Take the Kings Cross exit- where you will be required to pay a toll. Turn left at the lights onto William Street. Travel along William Street through 2 sets of traffic lights- and turn left at the 3rd set of lights- onto College Street. Continue to the third set of traffic lights- turn left onto OXford Street- then immediately a slight left against a pedestrian/zebra crossing into Liverpool Street. Number 150 is 20 metres down on the left hand side. Entrance doorway is to the right of the coffee shop called Mr Espresso.
