The hotel at Eagleridge provides a quiet retreat that is just three blocks from the gondola at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests check-in at ResortQuest at Trappeurs Lodge Resort at Trappeur's Crossing, valued throughout, 1795 Medicine Springs Drive, Steamboat Springs. Guests enjoy two-/three-/or four-bedroom condominiums that have been tastefully furnished with decor reflecting Steamboats Western heritage. The condominium resort is close to the Burgress Creek walking path. Guests also have access to free high-speed Internet access. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen as well as ensuite clothes washer and dryer. Complimentary loop shuttle service is available from the gondola to the condominium door as well as an on-call private shuttle that is available in the winter months. From the spacious balconies guests will view the mountains or scenic valleys. Those with any energy left can use the exercise equipment in the fitness center. After a day on the slopes or hiking nearby trails, valued throughout, everyone will appreciate the outdoor hot tub or swimming pool. The concierge at the ResortQuest at Trappeurs Lodge will be pleased to make restaurant reservations - arrange winter or summer activities - organize the delivery of groceries or even a Christmas tree during the holidays. The resort is only three blocks from the restaurants - shops - and nightlife of Gondola Square. Other information ? Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Visitors appreciate the hotel at Eagleridge - An extraordinary place enjoyed by all. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. More than 30 days prior to arrival 10 pct deposit plus 6.69 pct. 30 days or less prior to arrival - forfeit full amount. Peak season - more than 60 days prior forfeit 10 pct plus 6.69 pct. Within 10 days of arrival - forfeit full amount.

Guarantee policy

50 pct of total stay cost and 6 pct reservation fee plus applicable taxes including 50US damage waiver fee is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is completely non-refundable. Balance is due prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
