Visitors appreciate the hotel features the Fifth Avenue - Fasching Haus - and Durant Condominiums. All units offer free high-speed Internet access and most units have cozy fireplaces in their living rooms. Two and three-bedroom condominiums are available each with fully equipped kitchen. Our location is just a few steps away from all of the many summer and winter recreational activities for which Aspen is known. Guest can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. The resort is near to the Ruby Park Bus Depot for guests who want to venture out and explore the area's other ski mountains - Buttermilk - Snowmass - and Aspen Highlands. Aspen's many restaurants - quaint shops - art galleries - and nightclubs are just a short walk from the door. Other information ? Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Clients appreciate the hotel - Perfect whatever time of year. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 15Apr-20Nov- 1 night deposit plus tax and 6 PCT reservation fee at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. 21Nov-14Apr - 50 PCT of stay deposit plus tax and 6 PCT reservation fee at time of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
