Simons Island is the ideal location for a family vacation - a weekend getaway - or even a month long stay at the beach. The ResortQuest at Shipwatch on beautiful St. The complex features a swimming pool and pool area perfect for sunbathing - a volleyball court - a BBQ grilling area - and direct beach access via our boardwalk. Our spacious two bedroom two bathroom condominiums feature all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen as well as clothes washer/dryer. Simons Island features numerous recreational activities including tennis at the nearby public courts in Mallory and Epworth Parks. St. Shopping and restaurants are just a few minutes away. For golfers there are over 200 holes that can be played in the area and the Island has two top-notch public courses. Other Information ? Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. ResortQuest at Shipwatch - Make Lifelong Memories. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Cancellation policy

More than 30 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit original 10 percent deposit and 5 percent reservation fee. 30 days or less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 100 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee.

Guarantee policy

10 Percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee via credit card charge at time of booking. Full prepayment and damage waiver fee required at least 30 days prior to arrival. Damage waiver fee is 25.00USD for 3 nts/50.00USD for 4 nts or more.
