Our spacious two bedroom two bathroom condominiums are beautifully decorated and feature fully equipped kitchens as well as washer/dryers. -The ResortQuest at North Breakers is gated oceanfront condominium community on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the historic coast guard station. The spacious balconies are perfect for Al Fresco dining or relaxing. Units have large living and dining areas complete with a wet bar. All of St. The resort has pool - hot tub - and direct beach access. The array of activities available is large. Simons Island many amenities are nearby. Fishing - watersports - kayaking - biking or walking through the marshlands - taking a dolphin watching cruise - or seeking out the Georgia Sea Turtle are all possibilities. Guests can golf at two nearby courses - Hampton Club or Sea Palms while tennis fans can play at public tennis courts at nearby Mallory and Epworth parks. ResortQuest at North Breakers - make lifelong memories. Shoppers can enjoy the shops at the pier or other quaint shops on the island or mainland. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Other information ? Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.
