Simons Island is a private luxurious condominium resort on a beautiful stretch of St. The ResortQuest at Grand St. The resort features spacious three and four bedroom condominium residences with fully equipped kitchens as well as the added convenience of ensuite clothes washers and dryers. Simons Island oceanfront. -The resort community features attractively landscaped grounds with fountains - lagoons - and palm trees. Every condominium has a spacious balcony with spectacular ocean views. Guests may want to stay close to home at the resort sharing good times with family and friends but the St. Resort amenities include a swimming pool and spacious sun deck - a hot tub - barbecue grills - and direct access to miles of sandy beach. Guests can enjoy tennis at nearby public courts or golf at two public courses on the Island. Simons area offers numerous opportunities to get out and explore. ResortQuest at Grand St. shopping - boating - restaurants - galleries - and more are all nearby. Other Information - Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Simons - Make Lifelong Memories. The individuals making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Cxl more than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit 15 pct charge. Cxl less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit 100 pct fee.

Guarantee policy

10 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee via credit card charge at time of booking. Full prepayment and damage waiver fee required at least 30 days prior to arrival. Damage waiver fee is 25.00USD for 3 nts/50.00USD for 4 nts or more.

Turn left onto Chapel Crossing Rd. Turn right onto US17S/GA25S/Ocean Highway. Continue for approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto FJ Torras Causeway/tolls apply. Continue for approximately 4 miles. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Kings Way. Kings Way becomes Ocean Blvd. Continue to the Grand St. Simons Island.

Jacksonville International Airport - JAX : Go northwest on Yankee Clipper Drive toward Thomas Imeson Ave. Turn slightly right toward arriving flights/departing flights. Turn slightly left onto Dixie Clipper Dr. Dixie Clipper becomes FL102E. Turn left onto ramp. Merge onto I-95N. Continue for approximately 48 miles. Merge onto US17N/GA25N via exit 29 toward Jekyll Island/Saint Simons/Sea Island/Brunswick. Turn slightly right. Turn slightly right onto FJ Torras causeway/tolls apply. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Kings Way. Kings Way becomes Ocean Blvd. Continue to the Grand St. Simons.
