All guests must check-in at 520 Ocean Boulevard, valued throughout, Saint Simons Island, GA. During periods when the check-in location is closed, highly regarded, an automated check-in system is available. From the check-in location guests will receive their keys, and above all, other check-in material as well as driving directions to the the hotel. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Simons Islands lovely sandy beaches. -The hotel condominium community features charming southern-style residences in beautifully manicured gardens just a quick bicycle ride away from St. One / two / or three bedroom condominiums are available. These condominium residences offer complete at home comfort with fully equipped kitchens. Every guest will find an activity to enjoy whether it is a swim in one of the two community pools - tennis on the two courts - watching the children play at the playground - or enjoying a good workout at the fitness center. Please note that some residences offer multi-level floor plans. Simons Island are just a short bicycle ride away. The Village, valued throughout, Pier, and the beautiful beaches of St. Guests can golf at two nearby public courses or spend the afternoon shopping in the wide variety of local boutiques - gift shops - and antique stores. Nearby are some of the island's wonderful seafood restaurants as well as pubs - elegant restaurants - and cafes. Simons beautiful beaches - marshlands - jogging paths - and historical sites are all closeby. And - of course - St. Other information ? Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Visitors appreciate the hotel Make Lifelong Memories. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. No Pets are accepted. Turn left onto Chapel crossing Rd. Turn right onto US17S/GA25S/Ocean Highway. Continue for approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto FJ Torras Causway/tolls apply. Continue for approximately 4 miles. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Kings Way. Kings Way becomes Ocean Blvd. The ResortQuest main office building is located on the right one block past the light/cream-colored building with the blue awnings.
