Our one bedroom condominiums feature fully equipped kitchens and all have balconies with views of the gulf or the bay. The resort offers 10 Har-Tru tennis courts available on a pay-to-play basis as well as two swimming pools - a kiddie pool - bocce ball and shuffleboard courts. Bonita Springs which was once a sleepy fishing village is now home to superb restaurants - sidewalk cafes - and beach front Tiki Huts - and all are within easy reach. Just steps away at the beach guests can rent beach equipment including Jet Skis - arrange for parasailing - or just relax. Clients appreciate the hotel - Family Fun - Beach Activities - Comfort. Guests can find museums - entertainment venues - and superb shopping in nearby upscale Naples. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Other Information - Additional facility and reservation fees may vary at the time of deposit. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire team of the reservation. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.
