From the check-in location guests will receive their keys, very much appreciated, other check-in material as well as driving directions to the the hotel. All guests must check-in at 21 Pope Avenue, valued throughout, Executive Park Road, Hilton Head SC, 29928. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. During periods when the check-in location is closed, and above all, an automated check-in system is available. Visitors appreciate the hotel is located in the scenic New England-style South Beach area of the Sea Pines Resort Community. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes. Spacious non-smoking condominium villas are located in a gated community and provide at home comfort with fully equipped kitchens. Spacious balconies offer views of the Atlantic Ocean - Calibogue Cove - or the beautifully landscaped gardens. The Sea Pines area of Hilton Head offers an array of recreational opportunities including world-class golf courses ? casual and fine dining ? shopping at the nearby South Beach Marina Village ? horseback riding ? boating ? as well as strolling the many walking paths throughout the community. Some condominium villas include one hour of free tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club on a request basis. Visitors appreciate the hotel ? stay and make life long memories. The resort offers easy access to the attractions of Harbor Town including its children?s playground and charming lighthouse. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Other Information - Additional facility and reservation fees may vary at the time of deposit. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. More than 30 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit 10% of the rental rate and 5% reservation fee + tax. 30 days or less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 100% of total stay cost and 5% reservation fee and $25/50USD damage waiver fee.

Guarantee policy

50 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee via credit card charge at time of booking. full prepayment and damage waiver fee required at least 30 days prior to arrival. damage waiver fee is 25.00usd for 2-3 nts/50.00usd for 4 nts or more.
