From the check-in location guests will receive their keys, very much appreciated, other check-in material as well as driving directions to the the hotel. All guests must check-in at 4 Queens Folly Road, valued throughout, Hilton Head SC, 29928. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. During periods when the check-in location is closed, and above all, an automated check-in system is available. Visitors appreciate the hotel is located in lushly landscaped gardens with just a brief walk to the beautiful Hilton Head beaches. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes. Each condominium villa offers quiet comfort with a spacious living room - full bedrooms - and a fully equipped kitchen. Rated by Travel and Leisure magazine as one of the top 50 resorts in the US, very much appreciated, Palmetto Dunes has plenty to offer including complimentary on-call shuttle service around the resort community. Guests can enjoy free daily tennis at the onsite courts - one free hour of tennis per bedroom per day - discounted golf can be arranged at three on site courses when arranged through the resorts golf concierge. Visitors appreciate the hotel - stay and make lifelong memories. Whether it is miles of scenic bicycle trails - marinas - boating - fine dining and casual restaurants - or shopping - there are activities for everyone. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Other Information - Additional facility and reservation fees may vary at the time of deposit. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Cancellation policy

More than 30 days prior to arrival - guest will forfeit 10% of the rental rate and 5% reservation fee + tax. 30 days or less prior to arrival - guests will be charged 100% of total stay cost and 5% reservation fee and $25/50USD damage waiver fee.

Guarantee policy

-50 percent of total stay cost and 5 percent reservation fee via credit card charge at time of booking. Full prepayment and damage waiver fee required at least 30 days prior to arrival. Damage waiver fee is 25.00usd for 2-3 nts/50.00usd for 4 nts or more.
