Visitors appreciate the hotel is a low-rise condominium resort on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach. When guests are not enjoying the soft sand beach and our complimentary beach services during the summer, highly regarded, they can relax by the resort's two swimming pools or work out in the fully equipped fitness center. All condominiums are spacious and offer either one or two bedrooms together with fully equipped kitchens. The ResortQuest at Water's Edge - A vacation here is sure to relax and revive. Two charcoal barbeque grills are also available for a special cook-out. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. Other Information ? Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Please contact the property directly for further information. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Parking restrictions for recreational ? including boats ? RVs ? personal watercrafts - etc - or oversized vehicles may vary per property.

Others can arrange for mid-week housekeeping by contacting the front desk. All condominium units are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to guest arrival. However daily maid service is not provided. Special maid service may be arranged during the stay by contacting the building office - additional fees apply. Guests are advised to bring beach towels as towels provided may not be removed from the condominiums.-Video Rental-Beach Services-Front Desk 9am-5pm - During periods when the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Guest use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes.
