MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS
Various outdoor areas capable of hosting meetings and events. The theatre-style conference room is for groups of up to 175. Our board room seats 20 - 25. We can arrange special setups, coffee breaks, and audiovisual equipment. The Aruban can create a unique experience for your group. Special private check-in will be arranged for your group Banners announcing your group are available. We offer welcome cocktails and hot and cold hors d oeuvres, Pillow gifts can be arranged, items made right here in Aruba If you like, start your first morning with breakfast and an orientation briefing, where we ensure that your group knows all of the exciting things that are available at The Aruban and on Aruba. We have musicians to suit your style, such as a strolling trio, jazz band, steel band, mariachis, whatever you would like to let us organize. Activities exculsive to your group such as beach olympics, volleyball and tennis tournaments, or bingo, cards and backgammon. La Cabana Entertainment Spectacular outdoor theme parties are our specialty including a Caribbean fantasy theme party Farewell parties are also available for your last night celebration.

If you Are focused on fitness, want to lose a few pounds or just prefer a stress-free vacation, Camp Cabana is right for you. Camp Cabana is our total health program, free to guests. La Cabanas fitness center is staffed with a certified International School of Aerobics Training Istructors who are always willing to work with guests whether it be for personal training, machine instruction, or preparing a personalized fitness regimen. The Aruban has the most advanced fitness center on Aruba. Our certified instructors will give you expert advice on the best ways to use our state-of-the-art equipment, including Lifecycles, Lifesteps, treadmills and circuit training stations. Free orientation program to help train guests on equipment and a free fitness evaluation, including body composition test.
RAQUET SPORTS
The Aruban offers an extensive tennis program with clinics, drills and tournaments on our five lighted tennis courts, two artificial grass, three hard court. Two squash courts and two racquetball courts. Rentals are available. Tennis Club.
FREE AEROBIC CLASSES
Including step, cardio kickboxing and Latin dance on our air-based cushion floor. Aqua aerobics classes are also offered.
WATER SPORTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
We will arrange for a variety of watersports including scuba diving, windsurfing and parasailing. We can also set up a day of horseback riding and golf at nearby Tierra Del Sol.
POOL AND BEACH ACTIVITES
Beach volleyball, basketball, beach soccer and bollas cirollas which is a Latin bowling game are popular on world famous Eagle Beach with an Activities Schedule.
REJUVENATE THE BODY AND SOUL
Treat yourself to exotic body treatments, soothing massages, pampering manicures and pedicures, and delightful facials. Practice yoga and tai chi on our outdoor deck, and relax in our mineral pool. It is all available at our Intermezzo Day Spa
ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS
Family vacations are great. But sometimes Mom and Dad need some privacy. And kids need to be around other kids, doing kid things. That is why The Aruban created Club Cabana Nana. It is a fun place for kids only. All day long, in a supervised environment, children participate in an assortment of games, contests, crafts and other entertaining activities that are as educational as they are fun. They will make new friends. And special memories. The Club Cabana Nana program includes a delicious lunch daily, except Wednesdays when kids get to enjoy a pizza night. Children 5-12 years old can be enrolled for one or more days in the Club Cabana Nana Program. You must register 24 hours in advance. The cost is very resonable, based on a per child basis. All Club Cabana Nana staff are fully trained coordinators. Activites include Beach Games - Fill the bucket, hopping game, far jumping, bury your friend, three-legged race, sock races, baseball madness. Pool Deck Games - Basketball, ring toss, ball in spoon contest, balloon throwing, musical chairs. Mini Pool Olympics - Splash race, T-shirt relay race, tube race, fill the bucket, handstand, dive for dice and chips, Hoola Hoop contest. There is also face painting, arts and crafts, table games, scavenger hunts, and more.

Located in our Shopping Arcade, serves Breakfast buffet 730 am - 1045 am, A la carte menu open nightly, Specials 0530 pm - 1030 pm, Sunday buffet, live dinner music 700 pm - 1000 pm and Theme menus nightly.
ISLANDER GRILL RESTAURANT
Located at the beach pool area offers Pool side lunch daily from Noon - 0430 pm. On Friday night 700 pm - 1000pm the Caribbean Bash Steel Sensation and the Carnaruba Costume Group. Theme night menu consists of Grilled salmon, hamburgers, chicken, porkloin, baked potatos, grilled sausages, mixed vegetables, fried rice, pork and beans, live pasta station, roastbeef, salad bar, and dessert buffet
LAS RAMBLAS TAPAS AND CHARCOAL GRILL
located next to the Captains Table is open nightly 600 pm - 1100 pm and offers live music on Fri, Sat, Sun between 700 - 930 pm. The kitchen is open 700 - 1030 pm.
O SUSHI MI
Located in the lobby, plus on the menu at the Cadushi Lounge offers Fresh Sushi between 600 pm - 1100 pm.
PIZZA AND PASTABILITIES
Eat in or take out available. Pasta and Pizza served daily from noon to 1030 pm.
LOBBY KIOSK
Open daily 700 am - 1100 pm serving everything from coffee to freshly baked croissants, muffins, sandwiches, salads and Italian Ice Cream.
THE BARS AT LA CABANA
Pata Pata Bar open daily 10am - 9pm -10pm on Friday-offers a nightly entertainment schedule and happy hour 4:00-6:00pm. Sunset Bar open 11:00am - 6:00pm, is a swim up bar with happy hour 4:00 - 6:00pm. Cadushi Lounge open 4pm - midnight, in the Main Lobby with Karaoke nightly at 6:30. Oasis Beach Bar open 11:00am - 5pm,is located along the Beach.
