Today, very much appreciated,totally restored, this building of Preciados, around the corner from Veneras, successful blends elegance of the 19th century with the avant-garde of the 21st, putting the latest in design and technology to the service of its guests. The building that houses the the hotel was raised in 1881, valued throughout, over a site belonging to the Descalzas Reales, the first owner of which was Count Romanones.
