At Bedford Lodge Hotel we can offer you a choice of seven attractive conference and banqueting rooms, ideal for seminars, training courses and product launches for up to 200 delegates. Our smaller air-conditioned meeting rooms are perfect for board meetings, syndicate work and private dining. Naturally, we can provide a wide range of presentation equipment, from a simple flipchart to the latest audiovisual technology, and wireless internet access.
The Classic Suite - Ground Floor, This is our largest room and provides a splendid setting for wedding receptions and larger banquets with its own private bar and dance floor. This suite has high ceilings, no obstructions and Air Conditioning system. There is a separate bar and reception area. The suite opens onto beautiful peaceful grounds. The room conveniently partitions to provide two smaller rooms, the Derby room and the Oaks room.
The Cambridge Room - Ground Floor, Perfect for private dining or board meetings and with plenty of natural daylight, this room shares an intimate lounge area with both the Bury room and Ely room. This room is air-conditioned and fully integrated AV capabilities, including large flat screen projection and surround sound audio system, as well as a reception area for teas and refreshments.
The Bury Room - Ground Floor, Available for luncheon or dinners and board meetings for up to 14 people, with the advantage of the lounge area. It is air-conditioned, has natural daylight and also has blackout facilities. Connected to the Cambridge Room by a discreet door.
The Ely Room - Ground Floor, Ideal for appraisal meetings and interviews for up to six people, and with the advantage of the lounge area.
The Guineas Boardroom - Second Floor, An executive meeting room ideal for up to ten people, located in a quiet corner of the hotel and with a professional boardroom atmosphere. It is air-conditioned, has natural daylight and also has blackout facilities. There is a built-in screen and flip chart holder.
Restaurants
The Orangery Restaurant offers a classical style of service. It has been awarded twoAA Rosettes for it?s superior cuisine. The A'la Carte and set dinner menus offer a wide range of tempting dishes complemented by an extensive wine selection. The restaurant is relaxed but formal and has a no smoking policy. The Roxanna Bar serves light snacks throughout the day.
