All our furnished studios have fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerator, and above all, stove top, and microwave. High speed internet and telephones service is available at a competitive rate. Each furnished studio includes free expanded cable television with Showtime, valued throughout, free utilities, and free biweekly maid service. Payment and a 100 USD refundable deposit are due at check in. Recorded security cameras in all public areas, and above all, interior corridors, locked perimeter doors, and employees always present on property ensure a safer environment. A 100. No pets are allowed. Deposit is refundable at checkout pending no damages or owed charges. 00USD Deposit is charged upon checkin even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, very much appreciated, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm, closed Sunday. No pets allowed.
