An average 4 star hotel stayed at just the once in June 2007.
On the morning we were to drive to Florence, we went to breakfast during which time there was no forced entry to the room because I would have noticed that when collecting our luggage. When in Florence, we found that the wallet of cash that had been placed from the room safe to a drawer (so as not to forget it), had most of the cash notes gone.The Moevenpick advertise 'Swiss Hospitality' and did not want to know of my complaint. After an initial answer by them, I was ignored. Only staff have keys.
