Karlstad
A small gathering? A job interview? A little chat with the management? Choose one of our three boardrooms...
Kopenhagen
The Kopenhagen room is the only one in the hotel with no natural light and is better suited for purposes other than meetings. With its modern interior and separate bar, it makes an ideal venue for casual drinks or receptions. Kopenhagen can also be a great location for a banquet, perhaps with a buffet attractively laid out around the two pillars in the centre of the room.
Lillehammer
The Stavanger, Bergen, Lillehammer, Uppsala and Trondheim conference rooms all have the same capacity and are best suited for meetings of up to 18 people in a classroom layout. They can, of course, just as easily serve as a breakout facility or to hold a small reception. Coffee breaks are served from a central buffet in our conference lobby.
Malm?
The Malm? meeting room is on the 8th floor and has a splendid view of the city of Antwerp. The room has a private lobby and is surrounded by four breakout rooms, making it the ideal room for seminars, workshops, receptions or dinners.
Narvik
Our three boardrooms ? Karlstad, Odense and Narvik ? offer something a little different for management meetings or job interviews for a maximum of 12 delegates. Or they can serve as a breakout facility, in combination with other conference rooms.

Stockholm
With state-of-the art equipment, natural light and built-in white screens, the Stockholm room is the ultimate location for a large meeting or conference. Bulky items of equipment can easily be brought in through a direct entrance from the street. Coffee breaks are served in a separate lobby beside the meeting room, leaving the maximum amount of space for your meeting.
Stockholm and Kopenhagen
Whether you are planning a staff party, a company dinner or a reception, the Stockholm/Kopenhagen room combination is perfect. Renovated in 2001, the room has all the necessary facilities for your gathering, including a separate bar. The room combination is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the restaurant.

Scandic restaurant
Our restaurant and bar facilities were redecorated in 2001, with the concept of an open, modern interior with classical notes. Style and service are ''brasserie-minded'', with the bar integrated in to the restaurant. The menu is based on the theme of fusion. During the summer, guests can dine or have a drink out on our terrace, next to the bar. Scandic Antwerp offers famous and upcoming artist the chance to exhibit their paintings, aquarelle or pictures in our refurbished restaurant. From September 2006 until the end of February 2007 aquarelle paintings from Mr. Paul Rosseels, born in Antwerp and specialised in Aquarelle paintings.
