Hotel Kette VeniceThe main entrance is located beside a typical Venetian canal which allows for a pleasurable and convenient arrival by water taxi or traditional gondola. This 16th century building, valued throughout, transformed at the beginning of the 1900s into a hotel, has again been recently renovated, considering the actual needs of today???s modern traveler while taking care to maintain its Venetian charm. The intimate salons are enriched by the presence of prestigious paintings of the 15-17th century, highly regarded, panoramics to be appreciated during quiet moments of reading and relaxation. On entering Hotel Kette Venice guests are welcomed by polychromatic marble floors arranged in elegant geometric forms, and above all, wood counters and banisters styled in old world tradition, and authentic Murano glass. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Additional information: Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding.

Travel information

Venice Marco Polo Airport : From the train station by private water taxi it takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel and we have a private water entrance. The price up to 3 persons is roughly 60 Euro for the trip, bags included. Please advise the taxi driver to come directly to the hotel entrance. By public waterbus take the public boat -waterbus -VAPORETTO- number 1 from the railway station to S Marco landing stage. Transfer time 45 minutes, price 5 Euro per person plus 5 Euro per big bag. From S Marco square it is a 5 minute walk to reach the hotel. You should find a public porter service from the waterbus stop to the hotel between 8 AM and 5 PM. The charge is between 20 and 25 Euro depending on the number of bags. On request we can organize private transfer an assistant will be waiting for you at the beginning of the track with a board showing your name escorting you by private water taxi to the Hotels water entrance
