Reservations must be cancelled before 12noon the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's stay. No-shows are charged a fee of one Night's Stay. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Nottingham East Midlands Airport (EMA) : We are situated approximately 4 miles from Nottingham East Midlands Airport. If you are traveling from the airport you need to turn right at the traffic lights in the airport. Continue for approximately 1 mile (DHL on the right). At the roundabout, continue straight on and then turn right following signs for the Priest House and Castle Donington. At the traffic lights, turn left and continue along Park Lane for 2 miles. The Hotel is at the end of that road on the banks of the River Trent.

Birmingham Airport (BHX) : We are situated approximately 40 miles from Birmingham Airport. If you are traveling from the airport you need to take the M42 North leading into the A42. Take the exit for the A453 and East Midlands Airport and continue along this road until a large set of traffic lights signposting Castle Donington. Turn left towards Castle Donington and follow this road straight on until you reach a crossroads with Traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn left and continue along Park Lane for 2 miles. The Hotel is at the end of that road on the banks of the River Trent.
