Additional information; Children age 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Children age 15 receive a 30 pct reduction. No child reduction in Suites.

Via Telfs : Arriving via Telfs: Leave the A12 Autobahn via the -Telfs-Ost- exit. Take the 2nd exit of the roundabout and follow the street to the next roundabout. Take the 1st exit and follow this street to the Leutasch ? Seefeld/Moesern intersection. Keep left in the direction of -Leutasch-. You will arrive at our drive after about 4.5 km. Follow the private road to the hotel entrance.

Via Seefeld : Arriving via Seefeld.If you are travelling from the direction of Scharnitz, leave the B177 via the -Seefeld-Zentrum- exit. Turn right at the intersection at the end of -Muenchner Strasse-. At the next intersection, keep left heading towards -Telfs-. Leave Seefeld, drive through the town of Moesern and in the town of Bairbach please make a half right turn at the junction in the direction of -Leutasch-. You will arrive at our drive after about 4.5 km. Follow the private road to the hotel entrance.
